16 October 2026 – 7S Law Firm (7SLAW) welcomed clients from China at the office of ICAW Auditing Company, a partner of the firm, to discuss the legal issues of investing and doing business in Viet Nam and to present its newly printed set of publications in Vietnamese, English and Chinese. The meeting continues the firm's recent work in supporting Chinese investors in Viet Nam.

The set presented to the clients comprises the 7SLAW Capability Profile in Vietnamese, English and Chinese; "Our People 2026", which introduces the firm's leadership in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City; and Guide 01, "Setting up a foreign-invested company in Viet Nam", in English and Vietnamese.

Guide 01 opens the six-volume Vietnam Legal Handbook Series and is updated to 8 October 2026 under the Law on Investment No. 143/2025/QH15 and the Government's Decree No. 96/2026/ND-CP dated 31 March 2026. It walks foreign investors through the two licensing routes, the required documents, the statutory time limits and the steps to take after incorporation, so that they can prepare before the procedure begins.

The printed edition is reserved for the firm's partners, clients and staff and is handed over at meetings. Digital editions of the guides are available in the Publications section of luat7s.com.

Through direct meetings and publications built on the latest legislation, 7SLAW continues to strengthen its support for foreign investors, from market entry to the start of operations.
